Alex Garcia, founder, brings over a decade of respiratory care experience spanning adult critical care, clinical education, and leadership. He holds a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management and an MBA focused on Emerging Technology. Alex has led multidisciplinary teams and developed competency programs to strengthen staff performance and care delivery. Grounded in integrity and a commitment to service, he combines clinical expertise with practical education and operational insight to support the organizations he serves.

Erika Garcia

Co-FounderRRT

Erika Garcia, co-founder, brings nearly a decade of respiratory care experience across adult critical care, geriatric, neonatal, and pediatric intensive care settings. As a clinical instructor, she provided bedside education to aspiring respiratory therapists in the acute care setting. Erika combines broad clinical experience with a dedication to education, professionalism, and supporting organizations through practical respiratory knowledge.
